Salient Features of the course :
 1. Understand the basic concepts of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
2. Understand the working of computers and peripherals
3. Ability in installing computer system including software loading
4. Understand of the functioning and administration of various operating systems(Windows, Linux)
5. Knowledge about computer system architecture and organization
6. Ability in writing computer programs in high level languages
7. Knowledge of data structure and programming techniques
8. Understand databases and knowledge of database management system (MySQL)
9. Competency in operating computer systems and ability in using various application software(Ms Office)
10. Knowledge of networking devices(Switches/Routers) and concept of network security
11. Ability in assembling and disassembling of computers,Laptops,Mobile phones
12. Troubleshooting of Desktop computers, Laptop computers and Peripherals.
13. Ability in developing multimedia applications using animation tools
14. Understand the basic concept of  Cloud Computing and Big Data
15. Understanding System Administration16.Ability in developing Mobile Application development using Android

Higher Studies:
Diploma in Computer Engineering students are eligible to study following courses.

  • B.E (or) B.Tech degree From Second year.
  • A.M.I.E., (Equivalent to B.E.,)
  • B.C.A, or B.Sc.Computer science
